Dimension Terms

• O : Flange Outside Diameter
• tf : Thckness of Flange (Notes 2 to 4)
• X : diameter of Hub
• A : Hub Diameter at beginnning of Chamfer of Welding Neck Flange
• Y : Length through Hub
• r1 : Minimum Fillet Radius
• R: Diameter of Raised Face

General Notes

(a). All dimensions are in millimeters and inches as selected. But diameters of bolts and bolt holes are only in inches.

(b)Bore is to be specified by the purchaser.

(c). Blind flanges may be made with or without hubs at the manufacturer’rs option

NOTES:

(1) The minimum flange thickness ‘tf’ does not include the raised face thickness.

(2) Dimension ‘X’ is for the large end of hub, which may be straight or tapered.
