Hydrotest water volume for the pipe is calculated using simple formula.
- First calculate cross sectional area of pipe.
- Multiply cross sectional area with length of pipe.
That gives us the volume of water required for hydrotest. There is no need to consider thickness of pipe for internal volume as difference is negligible.
